Ingredients :
- Boneless chicken ½ kg
- Foil 1
- Butter melted 50 grams
- Salt ½ tsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Cream ½ cup
- Roasted cumin 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Caraway seeds roasted ½ tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method :
In chicken all ingredients mix and leave for ½ hour. Then spread the butter on foil and place on dish .after this pour chicken on dish and bake 200 degree centigrade for 30 minutes and serve.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes ½ kg
- Large green chilies 250 grams
- Dried red chilies 8
- Onion chopped 1
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Tomato 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Green coriander for garnish
Method:
In a pan heat oil then add dried red chili ,finely cut potatoes ,ginger garlic paste and onion add and cook for 10 minutes .when potatoes tender then add all remaining ingredients add and mix well and roast when oil on surface then garnish with green coriander and serve .

- Burger buns 4
- Chapli kabab 1 packet
- Chopped tomatoes 1 cup
- Chopped onion 1 cup
- Green chilies 2
- Crushed chili 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Tomato ketchup ½ cup
- Red chutney ½ cup
- Eggs 2
- Oil as required
Method:
On hot plate heat oil and fry chapli kabab .now add tomato ,onion ,green chilies ,coriander ,turmeric ,tomato ketchup and chantey and chopped then set aside .after this egg whisk and make like omelet on hot plate then cut in to 4 pieces .then roast the bun and spread the chapli kabab mixture and place on top egg .finally place on top slices and roast then serve .
