Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless ½ kg
- Cream 1 cup
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 2tsp
- Onion chopped 1 cup
- Green chilies as required
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
Ina pan heat oil and fry onion .when feel smell then add tomatoes ,red chili powder ,black pepper powder ,salt and ginger ,garlic add and well roast .now add chicken and roast it .then add tomato paste ,yogurt and cream add and cook on low heat then cover it .when chicken tender then add green chilies ,green coriander and butter add then turn off the stove. Malai chicken handi is ready to serve .
Ingredients:
- Split green gram 1cup
- Split red lentil 1-1/2 cup
- Chicken cube 1
- Boiled rice ½ kg
- Tomatoes 250gm
- Red chili powder 2tsp
- Turmeric 1tsp
- Cumin 1tsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2tsp
- All spice ½ tsp
Ingredients for oil tempering:
- Chopped garlic 6cloves
- Red chilies round 6
- Cumin 1tsp
- Green chilies, coriander as required
- Oil ½ cup
Ingredients:
- Tamarind juice 1 cup
- Ground red chili 6
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Black salt ½ tsp
- Coriander seeds ½ tsp
- Jaggery 1 piece
- Mint 1 bunch
- Garlic cloves 6
- Fresh Green coriander 1 bunch
Method:
All ingredients pour on blender and blend it then serve.
