Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless cubes1 cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Cream 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp

 

METHOD:
For filling mix chicken and all ingredient in bowl except oil in bowl and leave for 3 to 4 hour. Heat oil add marinated chicken cook. Add water leave for simmer. When chicken is done and water is dried out let it cool. Roll puff pastry cut in square. Add chicken filling. Roll patties and place in baking dish. Apply egg and bake in preheat oven at 170C for 30 to 35 minute.

Ingredients:

  • Flour 1 kg
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Water as required (approx 500ml)
  • Margarine 800 gm

 

METHOD:
Mix sugar, salt and water in bowl knead well. Add flour knead. Leave for 15 minute. Spread the dough keep margarine in center fold. Leave for 15 minute. In the end roll the dough.

  • Puff Pastry as required
  • Sesame as required
  • Sugar as required

 

METHOD:
Roll puff pastry apply little water. Fold from one side and make roll then roll from other side. Cut puff pastry from 2 inch gap. Mix sesame and sugar in plate. Place puff pastry piece on plate and give a shape of heat with hand. Keep in baking tray and bake at 180C for 25-30 minute.

Ingredients:

  • Beef minced 1 cup
  • Onion chopped ¼ cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree ½ cup
  • Vinegar 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tbsp
  • Flour 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Water as required

 

METHOD:
Heat oil add onion sauté well. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilies paste cook well. Add minced cook. Add tomato, vinegar, puree, tomato paste and all spice cook. Add water leave for simmer. When meat is done add flour mixture. Let it cool minced. Roll puff pastry in lengthwise add minced filling and fold like spiral shape. Apply egg on pie and bake at 170 C for 30 to 35 minute.

  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Cream ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Chicken powder ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp

METHOD:

Mix all ingredients in bowl.
