  • Chicken (boneless) ½ kg
  • Egg 1
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Flour 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Oil for fry

Ingredients for sauce:

  • Ketchup 3 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Whole red chili 6-8
  • Spring onion as required

Marinate chicken with all ingredients and leave for half an hour. Then fry them. Mix all ingredients of sauce. Heat oil and fry crushed ginger garlic and whole red chili. Now add sauce ingredients and mix well. Then add fry chicken and toss them. Add spring onion and serve.


  • Beef ½ kg
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Green chilies 6
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Onion fried ½ cup
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Black pepper ground 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Oil as required

Grind beef, raw papaya, black peppy powder, fried onion, garlic, slat and crushed red chilies in chopper. Remove in bowl add cream and whipped egg. Make small kabab. Heat oil add in pan fry well.
