Ingredients :
- Boneless chicken 300 grams
- Potatoes 2-3
- Boiled peas ¾ cup
- Rice ½ kg
- Large onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tsp
- Yogurt 3/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Whole red chili 8-10
- Mix whole spices 1 tbsp
- Green chili 6-8
- Tomato slices 2
- Star anise 3
- Green coriander ½ bunch
Method:
Heat clarified butter and fry onion and mix whole spices. Then add boneless chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, white pepper and whole red chilies and roast well .now add yogurt and roast .after this potato and 1 cup of water add and cook till than potato tender. when water dry then add boil peas and rice and add water as required rice tender .when its com on dun then add green coriander , green chili ,tomato slices and chopped star anise then mix and leave on dum then serve .

- Chopped garlic 1 tsp
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Lemon slices 1
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Green coriander 2 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 pinch
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Mushrooms 4 tbsp
Method:
Heat butter and fry the garlic .then add turmeric, salt and chicken stock and cook untill boil .now add chicken ,mushrooms ,white pepper and lemon juice add and cook for 5 minutes .then add corn flour mix in water and make thick paste .finally add green coriander and lemon slices and serve .
