Chicken Pakora Karahi | Flame On Hai | Chef Irfan Wasti

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1 cup
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Nigella seeds 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Sweet soda 1 pinchIngredients for Karahi Gravy:
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Tomato 1 cup
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Ginger for garnish
  • Green coriander for garnish

METHOD:
Mix chicken, gram flour, all ingredients with water in bowl and left for 10 to 15 minutes. Heat oil in wok fry pakora and pour on gravy. Heat oil in wok fry ginger garlic paste. Add all spices cook well. add yogurt and cook for 3 to 4 minute. Add pakoras mix well. garnish with ginger and coriander. Serve.

Ingredients:

  • Apple 500 gm
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Coconut powder 1 tbsp

 

METHOD:
In pan add chopped apples, sugar, cinnamon and water cook for 10 to 15 minute on low flame. When apple becomes soften then mash them. Pour apple mixture in serving dish. Heat milk in sauce pan. Add sugar and coconut powder. When it boils add corn flour mix well. Pour apple mixture and cool.

  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Potato boiled 2 cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Fried onion 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Whole all spice 1 tsp
  • Mace and nutmeg powder ½ tsp
  • Screw pine essence 1 tsp
  • Food color as required

METHOD:
Heat oil add ginger garlic paste. Add all spices cook well. add yogurt and cook for 2 to 3 minute . add fried onion cook till oil separate from gravy. Add eggs and potatoes cook. Dish out and serve.
