Ingredients:

  • Chicken legs 2
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/4 cup
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Kashmiri red chili 1tsp
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

 

Method:
Marinate chicken legs with all ingredients. Cook till it tender. Remove tikka and cook masala. Serve with tikka.

Ingredients:

  • Cooked rice 2 cup

For Gravy:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Cinnamon 2 inch stick
  • Cloves ½ tsp
  • Star anise 1
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Cardamoms 4
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Mixed vegetables 2 cups
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

Other Ingredients:

  • Mint ¼ cup
  • Coriander, chopped ¼ cup
  • Clarified butter 1 tbsp
  • Fried onions ½ cup

 

Method:
heat oil in pan add whole all spice cook. Add onion, ginger garlic paste, ground spices and mix vegetable. Also add yogurt cook. Add a layer of rice and green masala, leave for simmer. Garnish with fried onion.
