Ingredients For Dough:
- Butter 115 gm
- Salt ½ tsp
- Flour 180 gm
- Water 1-3 tbsp
- Egg yolk 1
For The Filling:
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Chicken 150 gm
- Mushrooms ½ can
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black Pepper ½tsp
- Cream 150 gm
- Eggs 3
- Cheddar Cheese ½ cup
Method:
• For the dough mix all the ingredients, mix well.
• Then place it in a mould or your pie dish and bake on 180°c for about 15 minutes.
• For the filling heat oil and cook the chicken well.
• Then add mushrooms, salt and black pepper.
• Mix and cook properly.
• Now add cream, eggs and cheese together, cook well.
• Then add the filling in the baked base and bake again on 180°c for about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
