Chicken Shashlik Recipe

Ingredients:
Chicken Breast (2 inch cubed) ½ kg
 For Chicken Marinate:
Salt                1 tsp
Chili Powder            1 tsp
Garlic Paste            1 tsp
Mustard Powder        1 tsp
Worcestershire Sauce    1 tbsp
Soya Sauce            1 tbsp
Column 2:
Oil                2-3 tbsp
Garlic Paste            1 tsp leveled
Chilly sauce            1 tbsp
Ketchup            3 tbsp
Boiled Spaghetti        ½ packet6 to serve
For Chicken Sauce:
Chicken Breast (finely chopped like mince)    3
Garlic Paste            ½ tsp
Salt                ½ tsp
Chinese Salt            ½ tsp
Oil                2 tbsp
Spring Onion Bulbs        8
Capsicum (square cubes)    2
Tomato (square cubed)    2
BBQ Saue            4 tbsp
Worestershire Sauce        1 tsp
Soya Sauce            1 tsp
Mustard Powder        ½ tsp
Tomato Paste            1 tbsp
Chilli Sauce            1 tbsp
Sweet Sauce            4 tbsp
Capsicum (small cubes)    1
All Spice            ¼ tsp    
    
Method:
Marinate chicken cubes with all the ingredients mentioned in marinate column and leave it for an hour. Heat 2 tbsp oil, add in garlic paste and marinated chicken subes, stir fry for 5 min, add chili sauce and ketchup. Stir, cook and remove it from stove. Place this chicken cubes on wooden skewers with spring onion bulbs, grill these shashlik sticks on fry pan for 5 min, pour BBq sauce while grilling. Remove and keep it aside.
For Chicken Sauce:
Heat 2 tbsp oil, add garlic paste, stir fry then add finely chopped chicken , stir for 2 min, add in all the ingredients mention under chicken sauce with ¼ cup water. Cook till chicken is tender and thick gravy is left lastly fold in capsicum cubes.
To serve:
Spread boiled spaghetti in a platter, pour chicken sauce on it topped with shashlik sticks, along with fries.
