Chicken Steak with White sauce | Dawat | Chef Abida Baloch

Why go to a restaurant when you can make this classy chicken steak at home?

Ingredients for Chicken:

  • Chicken breast fillet (boneless) 2
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Red chili flakes ¼ tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar ½ tsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1tsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp

For White Sauce:

  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Flour 1 tsp
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Salt a pinch
  • Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
  • Cheese 2tabs

 

Method:
Flatten chicken with hammer then marinate it with all the ingredients for 30 minutes then cook in pan. For sauce cook butter and flour then add milk, salt, black pepper powder and pour it over chicken with cheese on top. Serve with vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • Carrots (blanched) 2
  • Cauliflower (boiled) 1 cup
  • Potato (boiled) 2 large
  • Beans (boiled) 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper 1tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Thyme 1tsp
  • Rosemary 1tsp
  • Crushed garlic 1tbsp

 

Method:
Mix all ingredients and toss them in pan then serve.
