Ingredients:

  • Butter 150 gm
  • Sugar 150 gm
  • Chocolate 100 gm
  • Eggs separate 5
  • Almond powder 100 gm
  • Biscuits crumb 100 gm
  • Flour 100 gm

Ingredients for Topping:

  • Chocolate 150 gm
  • Condensed milk 50 gm
  • Water as required

Method :
Butter or chocolate ko melt kr le phir us me half sugar add kr k mix kren egg youlk add kr de
Phir dry ingredients add kr k fold kr le last me eggs white or baki sugar ko beat kr k fold kr le
180c pr 40 minutes tak bake kren

Method for topping :

Chocolate ko melt kren Phir condenced milk add kr de last me pani add kr k thanda kren phir brownies ke top pr apni marzi say design kren

Ingredients for Chocolate sponge:

  • Eggs 4
  • Sugar 100 gm
  • Flour 80 gm
  • Coco powder 20 gm
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Ingredients for Filling:

  • Whipped Cream 200 gm
  • Cherry paste as required
  • Raspberries paste as required
  • Condensed milk as required

Ingredients For ganash topping:

  • Dark chocolate 200 gm
  • Coconut milk 50 ml
  • Water as required
