This chocolate layered pudding is sweet, moist and irresistible. Make this super easy and quick to make dessert today.
Ingredients:
- Milk 2 cups
- Eggs 2
- Digestive biscuits 2 packet
- Sugar ½ cup
- Cooking chocolate 200 grams
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Finely cut almonds 4 tbsp
- Chocolate chips for garnishing
- Cream 1 pack
Method:
- In a blender add milk, egg, biscuits, cream, sugar and butter add and blend .
- After this pour this mixture in an oven safe dish and bake 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Then melt chocolate in dabble boiler and add almonds.
- Now pour chocolate and garnish with chocolate chips.
- Serve it chilled.
