This Beef Chow Mein recipe is just like your favorite Chinese restaurant’s classic Chow Mein recipe! Follow this step by step recipe and enjoy your favorite food at home.
Ingredients:
- Boiled spaghetti 1 packet
- Tomato ketchup ½ cup
- Chili garlic sauce ½ cup
- Boiled beef mince ½ kg
- Capsicums 1 cup
- Green onion 1 cup
- Cabbage 1 cup
- Carrot 1 cup
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Soya sauce 4 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup ½ cup
- Chili garlic sauce ½ cup
- Oil as required
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped garlic in it.
- Then add mince and roast on high heat.
- After this add the rest of the ingredients, vegetables and boiled spaghetti.
- Mix it well and leave on dum for 5 minutes.
- Serve it hot and fresh.
