Chutney sandwich

Chutney sandwich:


1 cup green coriander
1/2 cup mint leaves
4-5 green chillies
1/2 tsp cumin seed
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
6-8 bread slices
4 tbsp butter
1 tomato thinly sliced
1 cucumber thinly sliced


Grind fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chillies, salt, garlic, cumin seed and lemon juice to make a chutney.
Take bread slices and spread butter evenly on each slices, now spread chutney on the slices.
Arrange tomato and cucumber slices and bring together the bread slices to form a sandwich.
Slice and serve.
