  • Cold coffee 1 glass
  • Milk ½ cup
  • cream ½ cup
  • Vanilla ice cream 4-6 scoops
  • Oreo cookies 8-10
  • Powdered chocolate 3 tbsp
  • Coffee creamer 1 packet
  • Sugar 1 tbsp heaped
  • Ice 1 cup



Blend all together, serve immediately.


  • Seekh kabab 1packet
  • Small nan 8
  • Mashed potatoes 1 ½ cup
  • Egg khagina 1 cup
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Tomato chopped into cubes ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
  • Green chilies 6 chopped
  • Mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin roasted ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Butter for frying
  • Chat masala 1 tsp


In a wok heat butter add dry spices, chopped onion, tomatoes, green chilies, fry for 2 mins, add seekh kabab , mashed potatoes, egg khagina, mix and mash all, add chopped greens and remove, take nan, spread the mixture in a thick layer, place another nan on top, make all the same like these and grill on tawa till slightly crispy, once done cut as you like and enjoy with sliced onion and lemon.

Ingredients to marinate :

  • Undercut julienne ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp

Other Ingredients :

  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Barbeque sauce 4 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp
  • Siracha sauce 2 tbsp
  • Onion cut into round 1
  • Capsicum cut into round 1
  • Mushrooms 6 sliced
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Garlic bread to serve
  • French fries to serve



Marinate steak with ginger garlic, salt, crushed red pepper and vinegar for 30 mins. Heat oil and butter in a fry pan, add crushed garlic, fry for 1 min, add marinated meat, cook for 8 mins, add in all the sauces, cook for another 5 mins, add veggies, fry on fast flame for 3 mins, serve on a sizzler with fries, garlic bread, serve immediately.
