Ingredients:

  • Crab meat 250 grams
  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • Sauté onion 1
  • Finely cut capsicums 2
  • Finely cut dill 2 tbsp
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Hot sauce 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Thickly bread crumbs as required
  • Oil for frying

Method:
Except Egg, bread crumbs and oil all ingredients. then make patty then dip in egg and bread crumbs and fry in oil then serve with sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Prawns 300 grams
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Salt, chili, turmeric as required
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Eggplant 3
  • Caraway seeds ½ tsp
  • Green coriander, green chili as required
  • Whole red chili 4-5
  • Boiled chopped tomato 2 large
  • Lemon juice as required

Method:
Heat oil and fry onion and whole red chili .now add ginger ,garlic paste ,salt ,chili and chopped tomato add and roast well .then add prawns and roast .after this add eggplant and caraway mix and leave on dum .finally add lemon juice ,all spices powder ,green coriander and green chili garnish and serve .

Marination ingredients:

  • Fishes 3
  • Tikka masala 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Flour 4 tbsp
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Masala ingredients:

  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Boil chopped tomatoes 4
  • Salt, chili, turmeric as required
  • Green chili chopped 2
  • Green coriander ½ cup
  • Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1-1/2 tsp
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • Lemon slices for garnishing

Method:
Cut mark the fishes .now add marination all ingredients and leave for 2 to 3 hour .then heat oil and fry .now for masala heat oil and fry dried fenugreek .when its brown then add fry onion .now add ginger garlic paste ,tomato ,salt ,chili ,turmeric and cumin masala roast .after this ½ cup of water add and cook for 10 minutes .after this add dried fenugreek ,green coriander add then pour masala in thaal and place fish .finally further add green coriander and lemon slices garnish and serve .
