Ingredients:

  • Icing sugar 125 grams
  • Crushed walnuts 125 grams
  • Butter 200 gram
  • Cinnamon powder 10 grams
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Flour 250 grams
  • Royal icing 1-1/2 cup
  • Baking temperature: 160 C
  • Baking time: 15 min

Method:
In a bowl add icing sugar and butter and beat till creamy. Add the egg and beat till creamy. Then add the remaining ingredients and fold. Now shape into cookies and bake for 15 minutes. Remove and cool. now in between keep royl icing then place on top cookies when set the icing then serve.

Ingredients:

  • Flour 1500g
  • Eggs 2
  • Butter 30g
  • Oil 30ml
  • Yeast 15g
  • Sugar 75g
  • Salt 30g
  • Water as required

Method:
In yeast add sugar and 1 cup water to heat till it bloats. Now in a pot add flour, salt, eggs and butter to mix and add yeast and water to knead it. Set it at a warm place and let it get a puff. When it does get a puff make a large ball and set it on a bread mould and brush oil to set it. In a pot add water and place it on the tin and cook it at medium flame. When it gets puff then bake it at 200degrees and for 45mins. Set it out from the bread mould and let it cool and serve after slicing it.

  • Flour 3 cup
  • Bread improver 1 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Warm water 3 cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Yeast 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Rosemary 1 tbsp
  • Onion slice 1
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Egg 2

Method:
In 1 cup of water add yeast and sugar and set aside for raise.then in a pan add 5 tbsp oil and fry onion .after this in a bowl yeast ,flour ,bread improver and egg mix .then add water and knead well and covered then set aside .now apply oil in try and roll out the dough and place them in the try .then sprinkling rosemary and onion and pour olive oil on top .finally bake 200 c for 25 to 30 minutes then cool and serve .
