Ingredients :

  • Bengal gram/black lentil boiled 1 cup
  • Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Onion slices 1 large
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato chopped 2
  • Salt as required
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Cream 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 1 – 2

Ingredients to temper:

  • Oil 5 – 6 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chili whole 4 – 5

Method:
Pan men oil garam ker kay piyaz ko light brown ker lain phir lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker fry ker lain phir tomato or tamam sukhay masalay dal ker khoob achi tarhan bhoon lain itna kay oil or gravy alag hojae phir ubli huee daal dal ker mix karen or thora sa pani dal ker 3 se 4 minutes tak liye dum per chor dain phir ek dafa or daal ko bhoon ker cream shamil karen or hara dhania or hari mirched dal ker 1 se 2 minutes tak paka ker tarka laga lain.

  • Chicken / beef 500 gm
  • Potato cubes 250 gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion slices 1 large
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato chopped 2 se 3
  • Salt as required
  • Whole spice 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Cream 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Coriander chopped 1 tbsp

Method:
Pan men oil garam ker kay piyaz ko light brown ker lain phir lehsan, adrak or hari mirchon ka paste dal ker fry ker lain phir gosht or tamam sukhay masalay dal ker achi tarhan boon lain phir pani dal ker gosht ko dum per chor dain jab gosht gal jae to tomato or dahi dal ker khoob achi tarhan bhnai ker lain phir ublay aloo shamil ker kay thora sa pani shamil karen or itna pakaen kay oil alag hojae phir cream dal ker mazeed 2 se 3 minutes tak pakaen or phir hara dhania dal ker serve karen.

  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 3 – 4 tbsp
  • Potato cubes boiled ¼ cup
  • Green peas boiled ¼ cup
  • Carrot cubes boiled ¼ cup
  • Cauliflower boiled ¼ cup
  • Cream 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green chili big julienne 2- 3

Method:
Pan men oil garam ker kay piyaz ko light brown ker lain phir lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker fry ker lain phir kalonji or sonf dal ker bhoon lain phir tomato or tamam sukhay masalay dal ker khoob achi tarhan bhoon lain itna kay oil or gravy alag hojae phir ubli huee sabziyan dal ker mix karen or thora sa pani dal ker 3 se 4 minutes tak liye dum per chor dain phir ek dafa or sabziyon ko bhoon ker cream shamil karen or hara dhania or hari mirched dal ker 1 se 2 minutes tak paka.
