Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Water 4 cup
  • Onion sliced 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Whole all spice 1 tbsp
  • Tomato chopped 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Gram lentil(boiled) 1 cup
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Green coriander to garnish
  • Ginger Julienned 1 tbsp

For Tarka:

  • Oil 4-5 tbsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Whole red chilies 3

Method:
Boil mutton with turmeric, onion, ginger garlic paste and all spice. Add tomato, red chili powder, cumin powder, oil and salt cook well. Add boiled lentil cook. Add all spice and fenugreek leaves cook for 7-8 minute. Add green masala and ginger remove in a dish. Give a tempering. For tempering heat oil add all ingredients. Tempering is ready.

  • Lady finger 1 kg
  • Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Green coriander 2-3 tbsp (chopped)
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1tbsp
  • Green chili 2-3 (chopped)
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

Wash ladyfinger and dry them. Cut into lengthwise fry in hot oil, remove. Add cumin, green chilies, turmeric, chili, salt and yogurt cook well. When oil separate add fried lady fingers cook for 10 minute. Add green coriander and serve.
