Ingredients for Dajjaj

  • Chicken with skin half
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Vinegar ¼ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Tomato paste 2tbsp
  • Red orange color ¼ tsp
  • Water 1 cup

 

Ingredients for Tomato rice:

  • Rice 500 gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion slices ½ cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1tbsp
  • Whole spice 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Water as required

Method:
Chicken ko ek bowl men namak or sirkay kay pani men 30 minutes kay liye soak kerlen.Ab ek bowl men oil, pani, tomato paste, sirka or tamam masalay dal ker paste bana len.Ab pan men oil garam kerkay chicken ko fry ker len. Phir chicken per paste dal ker pan ko cover kerkay 45 minutes kayliyedum per chor den

Method for tomato rice
Pan men oil garam kerkay piyaz ko golden brown kerlen. Ab lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker sauté karen phir tamam masalay, tomato paste or pani dal ker ubalanay den phir chawal dal ker 15 minutes kayliyedum per chor den. Phir rice ko chicken kaysath serve karen.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion paste ½ cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Cream ¼ cup
  • Salt as required
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Melon seeds 2tbsp
  • Cashew nuts 10 – 12
  • Green chili small 2 – 3
  • Marconi boiled ½ cup
  • Tomato slices 6 to 8
  • Eggs 2 – 3
  • Oil as required

 

Method:
Pan men oil garma ker kay lehsan or adrak ka paste sauté kerlenphir chicken dal ker fry karen or phir onion paste, dahi, namak or garam masala dal ker achi tarhan bhoon len. Phir khash khash, char maghaz, kaju or hari mirchon ka paste banaker is men shamil karen or itnapakaenkay chicken gal jae phir cream or macaroni shamil ker kay 2 se 3 minutes tak pakaen. Phir serving dish men nikal ker sliced tomatoes lagaen or andon ko phaint ker salan per dal den. Phir ek frying pan men oil khoob garam kerkay andon per dal den to andy fry hojaen gay ager andon men qaser ho to 1 minute kayliye micro kerkay serve karen.

Ingredients:

  • Red lentil 250 gm
  • Garlic cloves paste 10 to 12
  • Tomato chopped 500 gm
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp

Ingredients Tarka:

  • Oil ½ cup
  • Curry leaves 10 to 12 leaves
  • Red chili whole 10 to 12
  • Cumin seeds 1tbsp

 

Method:
Daal men namak ,mirchen, lesanka paste, haldi or tomato shamil karen or pani dal ker paknay rakh den. Phirjasay hi tomato naram hojaen to chamchay ki madad se tomatoes ko mashed kerlen. Takayuska juice dal men shamilhojae.phirpani dal kerdaalkopatlakerlen.
Ab frying pan oil garamkerkayzeera or sabitmirchko fry kerlenphir curry patta dal kerdaal per tarkalagalen.
