  • Bread sliced 4 pieces
  • Eggs 4
  • Flour 50gm
  • Bread crumbs 250gm
  • Mozzarella cheese 100gm
  • Chicken boiled 100gm
  • Black olives 10gm
  • Salt 2gm
  • Black pepper corn 2gm
  • Mint and mayo dip 60gm

Ingredients for Dip:

  • Mayonnaise 1cup
  • Mint ½ bunches
  • Salt as required
  • Jalapeno chills 10gm
  • Vinegar 10ml
  • Fresh cream 50ml
  • Garlic 5gm
  • Lemon juice 1

Shredded the boiled chicken put in the bowl add salt , crush black pepper, mint mayo and mix well . Take the slices bread cut the corners of bread press the bread with hand or roller spread it stuffing on the bread and put mozzarella cheese and olives on the stuffing and cover with another bread.line up the bowls in the order of flour, eggs and breadcrumbs, to make it easy to coat the sandwich coat the sandwich in the egg, and then in the breadcrumbs to coat it evenly.heat the deep pan with over medium heat and fry it nicely in golden colour. Served with mint mayo dip.

Method for dip:
Chopped the garlic and mint , jalapeno mixed in the mayo add salt ,vinegar ,fresh cream . Make smooth dip


  • Prawns cleaned 500 gm
  • Cinnamon 1 inch
  • Green cardamom, crushed2
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Tomato, blended 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil 150 ml
  • Garlic, ginger paste 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp

Ingredients for Chettinad Masala:

  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Black peppercorns 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chilies 4
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp

To prepare Chettinad Prawn Masala, first wash, clean the prawns. prawns.

Method for Chettinad Masala:

Dry roast fennel (saunf)seeds, black pepper, cumin, red chilies, coriander seeds till fragrant and slightly darkened. Grind them in a mixer to a smooth paste set aside in a bowl.Method for Chettinad Prawn Masala: Heat oil in a large Cooking Pan over medium heat. Add the cinnamon, cardamom pods, curry leaves and saute for few seconds till fragrant. Add the chopped onion and saute over low heat till onion is light brown.add garlic , ginger paste and turmeric powder and saute.
Next, add the tomato puree and fry the masala for 10 minutes or so over low heat. The indication of masala being ready is oil starts separating from it.
Now add the Chettinad paste . Continue to saute the masala scraping the bottom of the pan , till the masala takes deep brown color and nicely roasted.
At this stage add the clean prawns, salt and stir to combine. Turn the heat to low and cook the prawns 10 – 15 minutes.

Ingredient to marinate:

  • Chicken ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Poppy seed cashew paste 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder ½ tsp

Ingredient for rezala:

  • Oil 150 ml
  • Cinnamon stick 2
  • Cloves 6
  • Green chili 6
  • Dry red chili 5
  • Bay leaf 2
  • Onion puree 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • garam masala ½ tsp
  • Water 3 cups
  • Sugar ½ tsp
  • Saffron pinch
  • Cream 2 tablespoon
  • Onion rings for garnish
  • Green chili for garnish
  • Coriander for garnish

Soak poppy seeds and cashews for 10 minutes in warm water and grind to a smooth paste.Boiled the onions and grind to a smooth paste
Soak a pinch of saffron in warm water.

Method To marinate:
Take chicken in a mixing bowl, stir in yogurt, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, cumin powder, and salt.Stir in cashew poppy paste.Mix well to marinate the chicken. Let it marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Method for rezala:
Heat oil in saucepan, add the seasonings bay leaf, dry red chillies, green chillies, cinnamon, and cloves. Let it sizzle for 1 minute.
Add ground onion puree, cook them till the onions turn to a light golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste, stir and cook for few minutes
Add chilli powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Stir and cook for 1 minute.Stir in the marinated chicken.Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the required amount of water. Check for salt. Cover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes over low heat.
Once the chicken is cooked, add soaked saffron and sugar. Mix well sauteed the ring onion and chili’s put on top and serve.

  • Carrot 100gm
  • Cabbage 100gm
  • Capsicum 50gm
  • Coriander 20gm
  • Mushrooms 50gm
  • Green onion 20gm
  • Salt 5gm
  • Black pepper 2gm
  • Crushed red chili 3gm
  • Oil for frying
  • Eggs 4 no
  • Bread crumbs 250gm
  • Sesame seed 60gm
  • Flour 50gm

Method for Crepe:
large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter; beat until smooth
Heat a frying pan over medium high heat With butter .Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan , using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.
And keep the side.
Preparation .
Cut the vegetables thinly sliced.
Heat a frying pan over medium high heat With oil add the all veggies and sauteed until veggies are soft . Add the salt , pepper, cresh chili’s in the last add fresh coriander and remove form the heat keep on side.
Assembling of the roll

Put the veggies on the center of the crepe .fold over the corner .fold over the left side and over the other side paint the egg along the edge and roll up.
After the roll up the crepe
Line up the bowls in the order of flour, eggs and breadcrumbs, to make it easy to coat the roll
Coat the roll in the flour Dip the coated roll in egg, and then roll it in the breadcrumbs to coat it evenly. Dip the both sides in egg and coated with sesame .
Heat the deep pan with over medium heat and fry it nicely in golden colour. Served with sweet chili sauce.
