DESI SPAGHETTI Recipe

Ingredients

  • Boiled Spaghetti       1 packet
  • Onions        1-2
  • Mince   ½ kg
  • Chopped Tomatoes      250g
  • Tomato Ketchup      1 cup
  • Crushed Red Chilies         2 tsp
  • Black Pepper      ½ tsp
  • Boiled Eggs     4
  • Carrots       1 cup
  • Finely Chopped Capsicum    1 cup
  • Soya Sauce      2 tbsp
  • Chili Sauce    2 tbsp
  • Vinegar      1 tbsp
  • Oil       4 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic    2 tsp
  • Onions          1
  • Green Coriander       as required

Methods

  1. Heat 4 tbsp oil and add 1-2 onions in it until golden brown.
  2. Now add ½ kg mince, 2 tsp ginger garlic, 2 tsp crushed red chilies
  3. Add½ tsp crushed black pepper and cook it on high flame.
  4. When water evaporates, then add 250g crushed tomatoes, 1 cup tomato ketchup
  5. Add1 cup carrots, 1 cup finely chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp chili sauce and 1 tbsp vinegar and turn off the stove.
  6. Now add 1 packet boiled spaghetti and 4 boiled and finely chopped eggs.
  7. In the end put green coriander as required and put it on simmer for 5 minutes. Desi spaghetti is ready.
