Egg Fried Rice are the combination of fried eggs, vegetables and flavorful rice. It is a very easy recipe that will help you achieve restaurant like taste at home.

Ingredients:

  • Cooked brown or white rice 2 cups
  • Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Oil 4 tablespoon
  • White pepper 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic (minced) 2 cloves
  • Onion (diced) 1
  • Carrots (peeled and grated) 2
  • Corn 1/2 cup
  • Peas 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 2-3
  • Green onions (sliced) 2

 

Method:
Heat oil in a large wok over medium high heat. Add garlic and onion to the skillet, and cook, stirring often, until onions have become translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in carrots, corn and peas, and cook, stirring constantly, until vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in rice, green onions and soy sauce. Cook, stirring constantly until heated through. Add eggs and cook about 2 minutes. Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken 500 grams
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Minced ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green chili 10
  • Onions (sliced) 2 large
  • Bell peppers 2
  • Spring onion for garnishing
  • Oil to fry

For The Sauce:

  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tsp
  • Red chili sauce 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • White vinegar 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tsp
  • Water 1/2 cup

For The Marination:

  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chili Sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • All purpose flour 1 tbsp

 

Method:
In a small mixing bowl, add all the ingredients of Sauce and Keep aside.
marinating the chicken with All the ingredients For Chicken Marination. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is medium-high heat, add marinated chicken pieces in 2-3 batches. Let it cook 2-3 minutes undisturbed before turning them. Let it cook on medium-high heat till chicken is golden brown in colour. Drain chicken and keep it aside. Carefully remove remaining oil from the pan once Chicken is fried. Leave 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan. Add minced garlic, ginger and slit green chillies. Cook it for 30 seconds. Add sliced onion and Capsicum. Cook for a minute. Add the sauce ingredients to the pan and Mix well.
Add fried chicken pieces. Mix everything well, until the chicken pieces are coated well with the sauce. Check Seasoning. Lastly garnish with spring onion. Serve hot.

  • Apple washed with peel on 1 medium
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Oats 1/4
  • Banana (chopped) 1
  • brown sugar 1/2 tablespoon
  • vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  • ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon
  • All spice powder a pinch
  • Ice as required

 

Method:
In a blender add all the ingredients and blend well. Then pour the mixture in the serving glasses and serve chilled.
