Ingredients For Dough:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Eggs 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Butter 4 tbsp


For Filling:

  • Chicken mince 1 ½ cup
  • Onion (chopped) 1 large
  • Capsicums (chopped) 2
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese slice 6 pieces
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 5 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Oil 5 tbsp


For the dough in a bowl mix all the ingredients and knead the dough with lukewarm water. Set aside. Then in a frying pan heat oil add chicken mince and fry well. Now add onion, salt, oregano and black pepper. Mix well. Then add tomato paste, red chili flakes and capsicums. Cook well for 5 minutes on high flame. Remove and allow the mixture to cool. Now make small size balls of dough and spread evenly. Then add the mince filling and place cheddar cheese slice. Fold and seal the sides properly. Now brush egg from top and bake in an oven for about 20 minutes. Remove and serve hot.


  • Chicken ½ kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Green chilies (chopped) 4
  • Pistachio, almonds (boiled) 12
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Fresh milk ½ cup
  • Fresh cream ½ cup
  • White pepper 1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste


In a pan add chicken, ginger paste and salt. Cook till the water dries. Then add yogurt, poppy seeds, oil, chopped pistachio, almonds and white pepper. Mix well. Now add fresh milk and fresh cream. Cook well. Then add green chilies and serve with naan.


  • Chicken seekh kabab 1 packet
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Parathas 8
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 4 tbsp


Heat little oil in a pan and fry the seekh kabab for about 6-8 minutes. Set aside. Then fry the parathas and set aside. Now on the parathas place the kabab, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and chaat masala. Roll and fry in a pan for about 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
