Ingredients for patty:
- Red kidney beans 1-1/2 cup
- Boil potatoes 2
- Green chilies 4
- Onions chopped 1
- Red chili crushed 1tbsp
- Chopped coriander 2tbsp
- Mustard paste 1tsp
- Cheddar cheese 2tbsp
Ingredients to coat:
- Eggs 2
- Bread crumbs as required
- Oil for frying
- Cheese slice as required
- Mayonnaise as required
- Onion sliced as required
- Tomatoes as required
- Salad leaves as required
- Burger bun as required
Ingredients:
- Boil lentil 2cups
- Boil eggs 3
- Chopped ginger garlic 1tbsp
- Cumin crushed 1tsp
- Red chili crushed 1-1-2/ tsp
- Salt , pepper , turmeric as required
- Clarified butter ½ cup
- Tomatoes boil 2
- Chopped coriander to garnish
Ingredients to marinate:
- Boil potatoes ½ kg
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Salt, pepper, turmeric as required
- Cinnamon ground ½ tsp
- Cardamom ground ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Ingredients for spice:
- Fennel ground 1tsp
- Bay leaf 1
- Dried garlic ½ tsp
- All spice ½ tsp
- Mustard oil ½ cup
- Clarified butter 2tbsp
- Asafoetida pinch
Method:
Marinate boil potatoes with all marination ingredients, now in a pan heat oil fry bay leaf ,Asafoetida, now add marinated potatoes and roast, then add all spice, dried garlic, fennel , clarified butter and 1 cup water cook well , lastly garnish with coriander and serve .
