Ingredients:

  • Fish fillet 600 grams
  • Soda water 1-1/2 cup
  • Self-rising flour ½ cup
  • Soda 2 pinch
  • Oil for frying
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Fries for serving

Ingredients for Matar Puree:

  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1 small
  • Peas ¾ cup
  • Mint leaves 6-8
  • Salt, crushed black pepper as required
  • Tatar sauce ingredients:
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
  • Chopped onion 2 tbsp
  • Pickled cucumber 2 tbsp

  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Chicken cube 1
  • Butter 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water 4 cup
  • Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
  • Bay leaves 1
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Green coriander as required
