  • Fish 1 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onions (sliced) 2
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Cayenne pepper 6
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Coconut (grinded) 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Dried mango 6
  • Green chilies as required
  • Fresh coriander for garnish


Apply turmeric powder and salt onto the fish and leave it for a while. Then heat oil add cumin, sliced onions and ginger garlic. Fry well. Now grind tomatoes and cayenne pepper. Add to the onion mixture and mix well. Then add mustard seeds, curry leaves, grinded coconut, fennel seeds and dried mango. Cook for another 203 minutes. Once the mixture gets to boil add fish and cook properly. Now add lemon juice and green chilies. Mix well. Lastly garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.


  • Black gram ½ kg
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Onion (sliced) 1
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Green chilies 4
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

To Temper:

  • Butter 100 gm
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Cumin 1 tsp


In the black gram add turmeric powder and boil the lentil well. Once the lentil is boiled sieve it and set aside. Then heat oil in a wok and fry the sliced onion. Now add ginger, green chilies, tomatoes, cumin, fenugreek leaves, red chili flakes, red chili powder and salt. Cook well. Then add the boiled black gram and cook properly.
For The Temper, heat butter. Fry garlic and cumin. Temper the lentil and mix well. Lastly garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

Ingredients For Dough:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Egg 1
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Milk as required

For The Filling:

  • Oil as required
  • Chicken tikka boti 1 packet
  • Mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Garlic (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Pizza sauce 1 cup
  • Basil leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Sausages (chopped) 6


For The Dough, in a bowl add all the ingredients and knead soft dough. Then cover and leave it for a while.
For The Filling, heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken tikka boti. Now make the balls out of dough and spread evenly. Then add pizza sauce and spread well. Now add fried chicken tikka boti, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Then add oregano, basil leaves, crushed garlic and sausages. Now roll it and cut into 1 inch sliced pieces. Then place it onto the greased baking tray. Lastly bake it in an oven on 200 c until golden. Serve hot.
