Ingredients:

  • Fish 500 gm
  • Chopped onion 1 small
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Fennel powder ½ tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Clarified butter ¼ cup
  • Coriander leaves chopped for garnish

 

 

Method:

Marinate fish cubes with all the ingredients for at least 2 hours. Heat ghee in a wok, add in marinated fish , fry for at least 5 mins, lower heat, sprinkle coriander leaves, simmer for 5-7 mins, serve in a karahi with nan and salad.

Ingredients:

  • Condensed milk 1tin
  • Cream 12ounce
  • Mango puree ½ cup

 

Method:
In a bowl beat together condensed milk, mango puree and cream . now keep it in the fridge , serve in the glasses .

 

Ingredients for cake:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Caster sugar 1 cup
  • Brown sugar 1 cup
  • Coco powder ¾ cup
  • Malt powder ¼ cup
  • Baking soda 1 ½ tsp
  • Baking powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Salt pinch
  • Eggs 3
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Hot coffee 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence 2 tsp
  • Chopped dark chocolate 4 tbsp

 

Ingredients for frosting:

  • Whipped cream 400 gm
  • Icing sugar 1 cup
  • Malt powder ¾ cup
  • Coco powder 3 tbsp

Method for cake:
Put all the ingredients for cake in 1 bowl , beat with electric beater with medium speed for 2-3 mins, pour batter in a large greased baking glass dish, bake on 180 d for 30 mins.

Method for frosting:

Beat cream stiff, add in all the ingredients to cream until well mixed, apply frosting on cake when it has cooled down completely, decorate with grated chocolate or chocolate decorations.

Ingredients for kebab:

  • Beef mince 500 gm
  • Onion chopped 1 large
  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  • Roasted crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1tsp
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 3
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 10
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Other ingredients:

  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Salt & pepper ¼ tsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Parathas to serve

Method:
Put all the ingredients for kebab in chopper and grind into smooth, grease a round pizza plate, press down the marinated chopperised mince in it, bake on 180 d for 30 mins till moisture dries out. Heat ¼ cup oil, toss chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, tomato puree, spread on top of the kebab layer, grill for 10 mins, serve with pita bread, garnished with jalapenos sliced.
