These Flakey Nuggets are crispy and flakey on the outside with delicious tasting chicken inside. You won’t be able to have just one because these are irresistible.

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken cubes 300 gm
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste

Ingredients for coating:

Corn flakes 2 cups
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Eggs 4
Corn flour 2 cup
Oil as per need

Method:

Cut boneless chicken in half inch cubes and add garlic powder, red chili powder, vinegar and salt. Mix it and leave it aside.
In a chopper add corn flakes, cumin powder, red chili powder and chop it all.
Now coat chicken cubes with corn flour. Then dip it in whisked eggs. Then coat it in corn flakes mixture.
Heat oil and deep fry them. Serve hot.
