Fried Cheese Balls Recipe | Lively Weekends

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes boiled 2
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oregano as required
  • Soya sauce 2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tsp
  • Carrot chopped 1-2
  • Green onion chopped 1-2
  • Capsicum chopped 1-2
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup

 

 

Method:

Take a bowl add boil potato then add all vegetables, (capsicum, carrot, green onion) then add all spices then mix it then take a mixture add mozzarella and cheddar cheese grated in it and make a balls..
Take 2 tbsp flour adds some drop of water and make a paste
Put balls in flour method and add in bread crumbs then fry in deep oil and then serve it with ketchup

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 3-4
  • Onion 4-5
  • Coriander 1 cup
  • Green chillies 5-6
  • Mint leaves 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Biryani masala ½ cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Food colour as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder as required

Method:
First we make paste of coriander & mint leaves, green chillies, lemon juice, and biryani masala, then add chicken and marinate it for 2 hours

Another side boil rice in 4/5 cups of water and add some salt and oil in it.

Take a pan add hlf cup of oil, add onion and fry it until it turns into light brown color, then add ginger garlic paste and marinated chicken then mix yogurt and biryani masala in it then add tomato and salt, cooked until the chicken is ready,
Then use a big pan add boiled rice then add half mixture of chicken and follow this process again and in the end add food color, coriander leaves, and steam into low flame for 5 to 6 mints, serve it with salad and green raita

Shakarkandi Kheer Ingredients:
Milk ½ kg
Sugar 1 cup
Sweet potatoes ½ kg
Green food colour a pinch
Pistachios ½ cup
Cashew nuts ½ cup
Silver work for garnish

 

Baingan ka Bharta Ingredients:
Eggplants 2
Red chilli as required
Salt as required
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander as required
Green chilli 4-5
Fish masala 3 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion 2
Tomatoes 2
Lemon juice 1

Shakarkandi Kheer Method:
Boil milk in low flame then add Sweet potatoes in it. Stirring for 5 minutes then add sugar, cashew nuts, Pistachios and food colour when the mixture become thick then turn off the flame and serve it with nuts and silver work!

Baingan ka Bharta Method:
Roast bringle on the stove until it’s become brown. Heat oil in pan adds chopped onion and fry till light brown comes. Add chopped tomatoes mix very well. Add fish masala, red chilli, salt, turmeric powder, tomatoes, green chilli, cook it until the tomatoes will dissolve into the mixture. Add bringle pulp cook 5 mints in low flame
Garnish with lemon juice, ginger sliced, coriander, and green chillies.
