This Fried Finger Fish recipe if finger-licking good. It’s crispy on the outside and tastes wonderful on the inside. Fry it on medium heat to get that beautiful golden-brown color.

Ingredients:
- Finger fish 1/2kg
- White vinegar ½ cup
- Ginger garlic ground 1 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/4 tsp
- Gram flour ¾ cup
- Mustard oil 2 tbsp
- Carom seeds 1-1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ¾ tsp
- Oil for fry
- Soda 2 pinches
Ingredients for Masala:
- Dried Mango powder 1 tbsp
- Dried mint 1 tbsp
- Fennel powder ½ tsp
- Roasted cumin 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Method:
Add finger fish in vinegar and left for half hour. Add salt, ginger garlic paste, carom, green chilies, red chili powder, turmeric, gram flour, flour rice, soda and sesame oil. After hour fry well and sprinkle salt, serve. For masala blend all ingredients well and add on fish.
Ingredients:
- Potato 750g
- Butter 1/2cup
- Oil 4tbsp
- Green chili 6-7
- Green coriander 1/2bunch
- Salt as per taste
- Red chili (chopped) 1-1/2tsp
- Red chili (powder) 1/2tsp
- Turmeric 1-1/2tsp
- Coriander, cumin (chopped) 2tbsp
- Pomegranate seed (chopped) 2tbsp
Method:
Cut the potatoes in thick pieces and boil them in salt water. Now add butter and heat oil to fry potatoes. With it add red chili chopped, red chili powder, turmeric, chopped coriander, cumin and some water to cook it. Lastly add green chili, chopped Pomegranate seed and green coriander to mix it and serve it hot.

- Carrot (cut in lengths) 1/2kg
- Beetroot (cut in circular) 1/2kg
- Red chili (chopped) 1tbsp
- Salt 1tbsp
- Sugar 2tbsp
- Black mustard seeds 1tbsp
- Garlic (chopped) 1tbsp
- Clarified butter for frying
