Fudge Cake is a classic. We can never get tired of having this one and now with this irresistible tasting recipe, you won’t be able to keep yours hands off.

Ingredients:

  • Fudge cake mix 1 packet
  • Eggs 3
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Water 1-1/4 cup

 

Method:
Beat cake mix, water, oil & eggs in large bowl on low speed for 30 sec.
Increase speed to medium for further 2 minute. Pour batter in pan.
Pre-heat oven to 180C.Grease bottom only at 13×9 pan.
Bake for 30-40 minute, remove and cool for 10 minute before removing from pan. Cool completely

Ingredients:

  • Beef 1kg
  • Green chilies 16 – 18
  • Black pepper 3 tbsp
  • Garlic 6 – 8 cloves
  • Ginger for garnish
  • Oil or clarified butter 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:
In blender except beef & oil add all other ingredients with water. Blend well. Take a pan and add meat and pour this mixture over it. Add more water if needed. Let it cook on slow flame till the meat is tender. Now add 1/2 cup oil and saute it and let all the water dries. Add 1 tsp of lemon juice in the end. Serve hot with chapaties or nans.

Ingredients:

  • Beef minced 500 gm
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Crushed red chilies 1tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt 3tbsp
  • Cream 3tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves ½ cup
  • Oil or clarified butter ½ cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp

 

Method:

In a wok take one glass water, mince and tomatoes. Add garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder & crushed red chillies. Mix well and cook for 15 mins with close lid. Now open & seperate tomato skin (peel) and discard them. Break the tomatoes with spoon & mix it well.

After that, add green chilli paste, ginger paste & oil. Let it cook for 5 to 10 mins on high flame and cook it well. Then add crushed coriander, crushed cumin and yogurt-cream mixture. Mix it well and again cook till all the water dries up & oil seperates.

Now add crushed black pepper, all spice mix and mix well. Add julienne cut ginger & coriander leaves.Mix and give it another 2 3 mins so it leaves its aroma.

Lastly, add butter, garnish it with some more coriander leaves, green chillies & julienned cut ginger and switch off the flame.

Enjoy with Naan, lachcha paratha etc.

  • Shrimps 1 packet
  • Capsicum 1
  • Tomatoes 1
  • Cabbage or Iceberg 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Cocktail Sauce:
  • Mayonnaise 5-6 tbsp
  • Ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method:
Fry shrimps and keep aside.
Make cocktail sauce with all ingredients just mix it .
Cut all veggies.
Mix veggies with cocktail sauce put shrimps on top it’s ready.
