Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes ½ kg
- Onion (chopped) 1
- Finely chopped salami ¾cup
- Green & black Olives ½ cup
- Pickled carrots, cucumbers, peas 1 ½ cup
- Chopped spring onion 2 tbsp leaves
Ingredients for Dressing:
- Mayonnaise ¾ cup
- Sour cream ½ cup
- Crushed black pepper ¾ tsp
- Salt as required
Method:
- Mix all ingredients and add dressing.
- Mix it well and serve.
