Ingredients:

  • Capsicum ½ cup
  • Cauliflower ½ cup
  • Onions ½ cup
  • Chicken 1 cup
  • Olives Oil 2tbsp
  • Garlic Chopped 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper 1tsp
  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
  • Mix Herbs ½ tsp

Method:
In a bowl add chicken , salt, blackpepper, garlic and oil mix .now in a grill pan add oil then heat and beef grilled it .then all vegetables and masala mix.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken tikka boti 1 packet
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
  • Onion slice 1 large
  • Black cardamom 4
  • Ginger slice 3 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Whole garam masala 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp

Method:
In a pan heat oil tikka boti fry for 5 minutes and remove it .after this onion and garlic ginger fry then add whole spices ,black cardamom ,red chili powder ,turmeric ,salt and 1 cup of water add and covered it then cook for 10 minutes .then add yogurt and garam masala powder then cook for 5 minutes till than oil separate .finally garnish with ginger and serve .

Ingredients

  • Flour 1kg
  • Eggs 2
  • Sugar 30gm
  • Salt 6gm
  • Butter 100gm
  • Yeast 16gm
  • Eggs for brushing
  • Sesame seeds 3tbsp
  • Bread improver 16gm

 

Method:
In a bowl add 2 cups water, yeast and salt set aside for rise , now in a bowl add yeast mixture , flour , salt , butter , eggs , bread improver and warm water , knead and set aside for rise , now make 10 balls of it and press a little from the top and cover and set for rise for 45 min , now brush it with egg , sprinkle sesame on top bake for 15 min , remove , lastly cool and serve .
