Ingredients:

  • Meatballs 1packet
  • Rice soaked ½ kg
  • Mushrooms sliced 4
  • Sweet corn ½ cup
  • Potato fried 1
  • Carrot par boiled 1
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Capsicum chopped 1
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 15
  • Chili powder 1 -½ tsp
  • Allspice ¾ tsp
  • Salt 1- ½ tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1- ½ tsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp

 

Method:
Fry meatballs and set aside now Heat oil in a handi, fry onion till light golden, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, cumin, coriander, chili powder, allspice, fry well, add tomato puree with koftas and vegetable, add 3 cups water, when water boiling add rice, cover and cook till rice done. Lastly add coriander, mint, green chilies, mix well, and leave it on dum.

Ingredients:

  • Black chickpeas soaked/boiled ½ kg
  • Potatoes boiled cut in cubes 3
  • Curry leaves handful
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Gram flour 3 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1- ½ tbsp
  • Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies grinded 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1- ½ tbsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp 3tbsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves ½ cup
  • Green chilies chopped 3

 

Method:

In a bowl mix together yogurt, gram flour, turmeric salt, coriander, cumin, ginger garlic, green chili, crushed red pepper, allspice and tamarind pulp, and keep aside. Heat ½ cup oil, add curry leaves, boiled cholay, fry for 2 mins, add all the above ingredients in the bowl with 1 cup water, fry well for 5 mins, add potatoes, coriander leaves and green chilies chopped.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton par boiled ½ kg
  • Green chili chopped 4
  • Tomato chopperised 2
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
  • Saffron ½ tsp
  • Grated cheddar cheese 4 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Butter 1 ounce
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Allspice ¾ tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Ginger sliced 1 tbsp
  • Cream ½ packets
  • Cardamom powder ¾ tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Cashew nuts grinded 12
  • Melon seeds grinded 1tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Almonds fried 2 tbsp for serving

 

Method:

Heat oil, add crushed garlic, fry till light golden, add boiled mutton, green chilies, salt, ginger and chopperised tomatoes, cover and cook for 10 mins, add in all the dry seasonings, fry for 5 mins, lastly add cream, cashew nuts paste, butter, saffron, cheese, and serve garnished with fried almonds.
