Ingredients:
- Chicken minced 300 gm
- Pineapple ¾ cup
- Chopped capsicum 1 cup
- Green onion 2
- Boiled macaroni 2 cup
- Boiled noodles 2 cup
- Salt as required
- Pineapple juice ½ cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Chopped sausages 3-4
- Crushed ginger ½ tsp
- Barbecue 1 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Chicken powder 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
- Chili garlic sauce ½ cup
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese ¾ cup
Method:
Heat oil add crushed ginger fry well. Add chicken minced, salt and black pepper cook well. Add soya sauce, barbecue, chicken powder, brown sugar, chili garlic sauce, chili sauce and pineapple juice cook for 2 minute. Add pineapple juice, chopped sausages, chopped green onion, chopped capsicum, boiled macaroni and boiled noodles. Dish out and add cheddar cheese bake till cheese melt.
Ingredients:
- Chicken minced 400 gm
- Bread soaked sliced 1
- Chopped onion 1
- Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Barbecue sauce 1 tbsp
- Oil for fry
Ingredients for Sauce:
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Tandoori masala ½ tsp
- Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
Ingredients for Burger:
- Burger buns 4
- Onion rings as required
- Butter 4 tsp
- Tomato sliced as required
- Lettuce as required
- Cheese sliced 4
Method:
Mix all ingredients of patty and left for 15 minute. Heat oil and fry patty well. Mix all ingredient of sauce well. Heat butter and apply toast bun well. Place lettuce, cheese sliced, onion rings and tomatoes, beef patty. Cover with second part of bun and serve.
