Ingredients for Chutney:

  • Tamarind pulp 1 cup
  • Boiled tomatoes 4
  • Green chili 6
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Mint leaves ½ bunch
  • Ingredients for pulao
  • Chicken bone less ½ kg
  • Boiled rice ½ kg
  • Green pease 1 cup
  • Spring onion 250 gm
  • Potatoes 2
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Oil ½ cup

Ingredients:

  • Chicken pieces ½ kg
  • Boiled chickpeas 350gm
  • Fry onion 2
  • Tomatoes 250 gram
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Green chilies 6
  • Whole black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Mango powder 4 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Green coriander as required
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger (finely cut) 50 gram

Method:
Put fry onion and tomatoes in a blender and blend them. Now heat oil add chicken pieces and ginger garlic then saute them well. Then add blended onion and tomatoes also add whole black pepper, turmeric, salt, red chili powder and cumin and saute them well. Now add water and cook for half an hour. Then add boiled chickpeas and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes. Now add all spice powder, green chilies, green coriander and finely cut ginger then turn off the flame. Then dissolve mango powder and crushed black pepper in half cup water and add them as well.
