Ingredients
Butter softened 4 ounces
Caster sugar 4 ounces
Egg yolk 1
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Salt pinch
Flour 1 ¼ cup
Colored sugar to sprinkle
Method
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy add egg and essence, combine flour and salt, gradually add to cream mixture, mix well, fill in cookie press, press cookies onto ungreased cookie tray, sprinkle with colored sugar, and bake for 12 minutes on 180 degree C.
