Hot Chili Fried Wings


Chicken Wings with Skin 500 grams

Garlic Paste        1 tbsp

Talhar Chili Paste  2 tbsp

Hot Chili Sauce    1 tbsp

Lemon Juice       2 tbsp

Soya Sauce         1 tsp

Honey   2 tbsp

Crushed Black Pepper    ½ tsp

Rice Flour            2-3 tbsp

Oil or Clarified Butter      for frying

Salt         to taste

Vegetables         as required



Take a mixing bowl add 1 tbsp of garlic paste, 2 tbsp of talhar chili paste, 1 tbsp of hot chili sauce, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp of soya sauce, 2 tbsp of honey, ½ tsp of black pepper, 2-3 tbsp of rice flour and a pinch of salt mix it well add ½ kg of chicken wings marinate it for at least half an hour. Heat the oil in a deep wok fry the wings till its nice golden brown and crispy take it out the serving platter garnish with vegetables.
