Ingredients for Hunter Beef:

  • Beef (undercut) 1 ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 ½ tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Ingredients For Burger Sauce:

  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Water 2 cups
  • Salt 1 tsp

For The Burger:

  • Burger buns 4-5
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Lettuce as required
  • Tomato (sliced) as required
  • Cucumber (sliced) as required

 

Method:
After washing the beef well, prick it with a fork. Make deep pricks all over the beef. Rub the beef with ginger garlic paste, green chili paste and vinegar and let it rest for 15 minutes. Now mix all the spices and salt together and rub it all over the beef. Pour oil over the beef and rub again. Now cover the beef and let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Now in a deep dish fry the beef roast until its colour changes to brown. Now submerge the beef in water, cover the dish and let the beef cook on medium flame. Cook the beef until tender and the water is dried out completely. Cover in foil and refrigerate for 3 days. Shred the hunter beef and use as the burger filling.
For burger sauce, mix all the ingredients in a pan and cook until the mixture thickens. Let it cool down and use it to drizzle it on your burger. Grill the burger buns on a flat pan with some oil. Spread some of the sauce on the base of the burger. Add some of the shredded hunter beef and drizzle some more sauce over it. Add lettuce, tomato and cucumber, cover with the other half of the bun and serve with chips and more sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 2 cups
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
  • Cinnamon a pinch
  • Flax seeds 1 tbsp
  • Husk 1 tbsp
  • Oats 1/4 cup
  • Peaches (sliced) 3
  • Almond milk 1/3 cup
  • Ice cubes 8
  • Honey 3 tbsp

Method:
Combine all the ingredients into your blender and blend the ingredients until well combined. Serve smoothie immediately.

Ingredients:

  • Flour 1 3/4 cups
  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Cocoa powder 3/4 cup
  • Baking soda 2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Buttermilk 1 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence 2 tsp
  • Coffee 1 cup

 

For Butter cream Frosting:

  • Unsalted butter 1 cup
  • Icing sugar 3 1/2 cups
  • Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Milk or cream 1/4 cup

 

Method:
Sift the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt into a bowl. In another bowl, combine the buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry. With mixer still on low, add the coffee and stir just to combine, scraping the bottom of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Pour the batter into two 8-inch round greased and lined pans and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 180 degrees C, until a toothpick comes out mostly clean (not wet).
Cool in the pans for 30 minutes, then turn them out onto a cooling rack and cool completely. Frost with the buttercream frosting.

Method For Butter cream Frosting:
Beat butter and slowly add icing sugar, cocoa, vanilla essence and salt till well incorporated. Lastly add milk or cream to make it spreadable.
