Ingredients

  • Beef mince                         1kg
  • Curd                                      1 cup
  • Oil                                           1cup
  • Finely chopped mint       1 bunch
  • Onion                                    1
  • Black pepper                      4
  • Cloves                                   4
  • Lemon                                  4
  • Cardamom                          6
  • Almonds                              6
  • Green chilies                      6
  • Black cumin                        1tsp
  • White cumin                      1tsp
  • Poppy seeds                      1tbsp
  • Red chili                               1tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste           1tbsp
  • Clarified butter                 2tbsp
  • Cooked chickpeas            2tbsp
  • Raw papaya                        3tbsp
  • Salt                                         to taste

Methods

  1. Firstly roasted chick peas , Poppy seeds,black cumin ,white cumin
  2. Add small cardamom ,almond ,black pepper and cloves mix and grind fine .
  3. Now in a woke .beef mince ,spices powder ,yogurt, raw papaya paste
  4. Add red chili ,ginger garlic paste and salt add and leave to half an hour .
  5. Then add oil mix and leave to cook .
  6. When mince water dry then add Clarified butter and  leave on dum and keep some coal for smoked.
  7. Finally dish out and surrounding  set with onion rings and lemon
  8. After this fine cut mint and fine cut green chili add and serve with paratha or Rogani naan.
