Japanese beef and ice mould

Boneless undercut cut into strips 300 gms
Crushed Garlic 1 tsp
Meat tenderizer ½ tsp
Dark soy sauce 3 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp
Sesame seeds roasted 1 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 2
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Boiled rice 2 cups
Marinate undercut with brown sugar, dark soy sauce, meat tenderizer, oil and vinegar for 30 mins. Heat oil; add sesame seeds with crushed garlic and green chilies chopped. Add marinated beef with the entire remaining seasonings. cook on high flame till water dries. Serve it with sautéed rice.
Method for rice:
Add rice to the same pan in which we fried the beef with salt and pepper to taste and some more garlic and vinegar.
