Ingredients:

  • Prawns (cleaned) 300gm
  • Basmati Rice boiled 1.5 cup
  • Garlic ginger Paste 1 tbsp
  • Fried Onions 2
  • Red Chili Powder – 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • All spices powder 1 tbsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
  • Curry Leaves 2
  • Oil as required
  • Green masala as required

Method:
Preparing Biryani Curry: Heat up oil in a saucepot, add whole spices then add garlic and ginger and cook for 2 minutes. Add curry leaves and cook for 2 more minutes. Then all spices along with yogurt and tomato and cook. When water dries up, add prawns and cook on fast flame for 5 minutes. See if mixture is ready and oil comes up, add salt and remove the pot from stove. Layer biryani with prawn’s masala cooked rice Hara masala, lemon and give Dum for 10 minutes and serve hot

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Dried rosemary 1 tsp
  • Garlic ginger paste 1tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil 4 tbsp
  • Olives chopped 1 cup
  • Chicken broth ¼ cup

Method:
Sprinkle rosemary, pepper and salt in the chicken. In a pan heat oil over medium-high heat and fry chicken then add all ingredients and cook 2-3 minutes or until chicken done.
