Ingredients:
- Beef mince ½ kg
- Onion 2
- Ginger 1piece
- Cumin 1tsp
- Red chili powder 1tsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Ginger garlic 2tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Whole spice ½ tsp
- Coriander powder ½ tsp
For gravy:
- Fried onion ½ tsp
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
For garnishing:
- Green coriander as required
- Green chilies as required
Method:
Beef mince, onion ,ginger ,cumin ,whole spices ,red chili ,salt ,turmeric ,ginger garlic and coriander powder add and grind well .now make long shape kabab and fry in heated oil .for gravy fried onion and tomatoes add in a blender .after this in a pan add grinded tomatoes and all gravy ingredient add and roast well then add fried kabab and garnish with garnish ingredients and serve .

- Black gram 250 gram
- Red beans 250 gram
- Green chilies 4
- Tomato paste 4 tbsp
- Green coriander ½ bunch
- Tamarind pulp ½ cup
- Roasted crushed whole coriander 1 tbsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tbsp
- Asafoetida 1 pinch
- Garlic cloves 6
- Onion 1
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
Add turmeric in red beans and black gram and boil them. When they get tender then mix them well. Heat oil in a pan then fry onion and garlic in it. Now add tomato paste, tamarind pulp, whole coriander, asafoetida, cumin, salt and red chili then saute them and add black gram in it. Sprinkle green coriander and green chilies then serve.
