Ingredients:

  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Onions 2
  • Fresh coriander ½ cup
  • Mint leaves ½ cup
  • Beef mince 300 gm
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1

Ingredients for Gravy:

  • Onion (chopped) 1
  • Tomato (pureed) 2-3
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic ½ tbsp
  • Red Chilies 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tbsp
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
  • Oil as required

 

Method:

In a blender add all the kabab ingredients until completely combined. Shape kababs out of this mixture and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
For The Gravy:
Heat oil in a pan add cumin and fry well. Now add onion, ginger garlic, tomato puree, red chili powder and salt. Then add turmeric powder and all spice powder. Mix well. Now add water to the pan and bring it to boil. Then add fried kababs to this gravy and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Lastly add green chilies, fenugreek leaves and simmer for a minute or two. Dish out and serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Baby potatoes 8
  • Cinnamon stick 1 inch
  • Cloves 3
  • Cardamoms 2
  • Onion (thinly sliced) ½
  • Ginger garlic paste ¾ tsp
  • Tomato (finely chopped) 1 large
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cayenne pepper 1tsp
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Dried fenugreek leaves (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves (finely chopped) few

 

Method:
Make a paste with onion, tomato and ginger garlic. Then heat oil in a wok and fry the potatoes until golden. Set aside. Now in the same oil add whole all spice along with cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add masala paste and fry for 5-6 minutes. Now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cayenne pepper and salt. Continue to fry till oil separates. Turn the flame to low and add curd. Give a good mix. Then add 1 cup of water or as required adjusting the consistency. Now add fried potatoes and cook for 20 mins. Lastly add some crushed dried fenugreek leaves. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
