  • Ground beef 1/2 kg
  • Red onion 1 (small)
  • Garlic mashed 5 cloves
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Rice and grilled vegetables for serving
  • Oil as required


In a food processor, mix all the ingredients until smooth. Then shape the mince into seekh kababs. Now heat oil in a grill or stove top grill pan and fry the kababs for about 5 minutes per side. Serve hot with rice and vegetables.


  • Pasta 1 packet
  • Tomatoes (diced) 1 cup
  • Spring onions (thinly sliced) 1 cup
  • Fresh basil leaves 1 cup
  • Garlic 1tsp
  • Sausages (sliced and fried) 6
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Freshly ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Water 4 1/2 cups


Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic. Now add spring onions, tomatoes, basil leaves, sliced and fried sausages, salt and ground black pepper. Mix well. Then add pasta and mix properly until well combined. Lastly garnish with basil leaves and serve hot.
