Ingredients for dough:

  • Flour 3 cups
  • Yeast 2 ½ tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Warm water to knead as required

Ingredients For stuffing:

  • seekh kebab as required
  • Cream cheese cubes as required
  • Coriander leaves 4 tbsp

Ingredients for topping:

  • Melted butter 2tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds as required
  • Beaten egg 1


Knead dough with warm water and leave it for 2 hours till double in volume, punch down dough, shape dough into 2 rectangles, put mon salwa kebabs lengthwise with cream cheese and coriander, roll like swiss roll, place on greased baking tray, brush with egg butter, sprinkle sesame seeds and coriander bake on 180 d for 30 mins, cut into 2 inch pieces and serve as a starter.


  • Bananas 2
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Plain yogurt ½ cup
  • Honey 1tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp



Add the bananas, milk, yogurt, vanilla, and honey into a blender.
Blitz until smooth and well combined.
Serve & Enjoy


  • Biscuits 2 packets
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Condensed milk ½ cup

Ingredients for cream layer:

  • Cream cheese 400 gm
  • Biscuit ½ cup
  • Icing sugar 1/3 cup
  • Tetra pack cream ½ cup
  • Whipped cream 2 cups

Ingredients for glaze:

  • Biscuit spread ½ cup mixed with 2 tbsp oil



Mix milk and condensed milk, dip each lotus biscuit in milk mixture and spread it on the base of casserole dish, use an electric beater to mix all the ingredients for cream layer, spread a layer of this cream over soaked biscuits, drizzle some lotus glaze, now arrange another layer of milk soaked biscuits, repeat with cream layer, finally make lines of lotus glaze on top and use a skewer to make a swirl design, serve chilled.

Ingredients to marinate:

  • Mutton 750 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup

Ingredients for gravy:

  • Cream 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Almond & chilies paste as required
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Chopped fresh ginger 1 tbsp

Ingredients for topping:

  • Butter 2 ounce
  • Sliced garlic 1 tsp
  • Button red chilies 6
  • Raisins 12
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Crushed fried onion 2 tbsp

Marinate mutton for 2 hours with ginger garlic, lemon juice and oil, pressure cook the marinated mutton with 1 cup of water till mutton nearly tender about 20 mins, mix together all the ingredients for gravy with 15 almonds into a paste with 4 green chilies small & 5 large green chilies Now. Heat ghee in a pan, add the gravy mixture, fry well, add in mutton, cook till oil comes on top. Lastly heat butter in a pan, add in garlic slices, raisins, button red chilies, add cream, pour this over the gravy, sprinkle with crushed fried onion on top, serve with nan.
