Ingredients for lentil filling:

  • Yellow lentils (soaked) 1/4 cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Green chilies 1 tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Water as required
  • For kachori dough:
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Oil 3 tabs
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder ¼ tsp
  • Water as required
  • Cumin ½ tsp

 

Method for filling:
Boil gram lentils with ½ tsp of salt chilies and water.Then add all spice powder and leave aside.
for dough Knead the dough with all the above ingredients, make balls and leave it for 5 mins.Roll the dough and fill with daal filing and fry.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes boiled cubed 1/2 kg
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Dry mango powder ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 2-3
  • Cumin 1tsp
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Nigella seeds 1tsp

Method:
In a pan 1cup of water then add potatoes cubes and crushed red chili ,turmeric ,Nigella seeds, dry mango powder and salt add and cook .now it’s come to second boil then stove off .after this in a pan heat oil then add curry leaves ,cumin ,chilies and make bhaghar then do the bhaghartarkari and serve with kachori .
