Ingredients for Kadhi:

  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Yogurt 2-1/2 cups
  • Turmeric powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Green onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 6 to 8
  • Green chilies 3 to 4
  • Water 6-8 cups
  • Salt to taste

For Pakora:

  • Gram flour 2 cups
  • Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Water as required
  • Oil for frying

For oil tempering:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion sliced 1
  • Garlic sliced 2 cloves
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 6 to 8
  • Red whole chilies 5 to 6
  • Green chilies 2 to 3

Method For Kadhi:
In a blender add yogurt, gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and ginger garlic paste. Add Water to blend the mixture into a paste. In a pot, pour the blended mixture and also add green chilies, curry leaves, green onion and water. Bring the mixture to a boil on medium heat and then add salt and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, Lower the heat and let the mixture cook on low heat for 2-3 hours

For Pakora:
1 In a bowl , mix gram flour with water and then add baking soda and mix well.
2 Now add red chili powder, cumin seeds, crushed coriander seeds, green chilies, onions and coriander leaves.
3 Mix well and then fry like pakoras.
4 Now put all fried pakoras into the prepared kadhi.
For oil tempering:
1 In hot oil, add fenugreek seeds and cook for 30 seconds.
2 Add finely sliced onion and fry until pink then add garlic and red whole chilies
3 when onion and garlic turn light golden, add curry leaves, green chilies and cumin seeds

Ingredients:

  • Bitter gourd 1/2 kg
  • Salt 2- 3 tbsp
  • Oil to fry

For stuffing:

  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Beef minced 1/2 kg
  • Onion 3 sliced
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Red chilies flakes 1 tsp
  • Whole spice powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup

For Gravy:

  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Tomatoes chopped 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
  • Kashmiri red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Jiggery 2 tbsp
  • Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2 – 3
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp

 

Method:

Peel and deseed bitter guards and slit them from the middle, massage them with salt and keep aside for 10 minutes Then wash, dry and fry them from inside and outside and keep aside. For Stuffing Take oil in a pot and then add cumin seeds and let them leave their smell in the oil Now add sliced onion and fry until light golden Add mince and ginger garlic past along red chills flakes, turmeric powder, cumin powder, whole spice powder and salt. Cook well until mince is done and water dried. Turn off the flame .Let it cool a little for stuffing .Now stuff each bitter guard with 4 table spoons cooked mince and tie each bitter guard with a thread For Gravy In a pot add some oil and chopped tomatoes and cook them until they become soft and tender. Add ginger garlic paste and cook a little
Now add kashmiri lal mirch powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well. Add cooked mince in this gravy and mix well. Put the stuffed bitter guards on the gravy. Put jiggery and tamarind pulp on the bitter guard and sprinkle coriander leaves and green chilies and let it simmer for 5 -8 minutes. Serve it with naan or rice

Ingredients:

  • Water 1cup
  • Vegetable oil or butter 1/3 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Coconut Cake mix as required
  • White flour as required

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Now grease the baking pan and sprinkle with flour. Then add coconut cake mix, water, vegetable oil or butter and eggs to the pot and spread it over the electric pan at medium speed. Then put the batter in the baking pan and bake and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (boiled & shredded) ½ cup
  • Water 3-1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Noodle soup recipe mix 1 packet

 

 

Method:
Add salt to the noodles and boil in boiling water for 2 minutes till it becomes soft. Then pour hot water through a sieve and pass cold water. Add a tablespoon of oil and mix. -Then set it aside -Now put 3-1/2 cups of water in a pan, boil the chicken and fry it and keep the yakni separate. Then add the fried chicken, boiled noodles and bake parlor chicken noodles soup recipe mix sachets dissolved in half a cup of water. Now cook it on medium heat for 2 minutes. Then add an egg and mix it and cook for another 2 minutes. Finally serve hot.
