Ingredients:

  • Raw mango 500gm
  • Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Sugar 400gm
  • Onion seeds 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • yellow color few drops
  • Water as required

 

Method:
Karry ko cheel ker lambai men kat len ab pan men oil garam kay kay kalonji ko sauté ker len. Phir karry dal ker fry karen or phir chini, zarda color or pani dal ker dhimi anch per paknay den jab karry gal jae or sheera garha hojae to sirka dal ker mazeed 5 minutes tak paka ker chola band ker den.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless cubes 1 cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp

 

Other ingredients :

  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Rice flour 3 tbsp
  • Oil for deep frying

Ingredients for Tempering:

  • oil ¼ cup
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaf 14 – 16

 

Method:
Chicken bananay kay liye ek bowl men chicken, dahi, lehsan, adrak ka paste, lemon juice or tamam masalay dal ker achi tarhan mix ker len or 30 minutes kay liye fridge men rakh den. Ab dosray bowl men maida, corn flour or rice flour dal ker mix ker len. Phir ek karahi men oil garam ker kay chicken per mayday wala batter laga ker dheemi anch per itna fry karen kay chicken crispy hoje,
Phir ek frying pan men oil garam ker kay lehsan ko thora sa fry karen phir hari mirch or curry patta dal ker halka sa fry karen or phir chicken dal ker toes ker kay serve karen.

Ingredients:

  • Apple cubes ½ cup
  • Banana slice ½ cup
  • Mango cubes ½ cup
  • Grapes ¼ cup
  • Iceberg ½ cup

Ingredients for Salad dressing:

  • Honey 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Cinnamon ¼ tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Paprika ½ tsp
  • Olive oil 4 – 5 tbsp

Method:
Ek mixing bowl men mango, banana, grapes, apple or iceberg dal ker mix ker len.
Salad dressing kay liye ab dosray bowl men honey, cinnamon, mustard paste, paprika or olive oil dal ker mix ker len dressing tayyar hai ab serving dish men salad saja ker upper se dressing dal ker serve karen.

Ingredients:

  • Rice 1 cup
  • Black current ½ cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Star anise 5 – 6
  • Cinnamon 3 – 4
  • Cardamom 4 – 5
  • Salt as required
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp

Method:
Pan men oil garam ker kay piyaz ko halka fry ker len phir lehsan dal ker sauté ker len, phir tamam masalay dal ker pani shamil karen or phir dhimi anch per 35 se 40 minutes kay liya paknay den takay yakhni men garam masalay ka flavor achay se ajae. Phir black current dal ker mazeed 5 minutes tak pakaen phir chawal shamil ker kay dum per chor den phir akhir men rice ko serving dish men nikal ker black current se garnish ker kay serve karen.
